The school year is almost over, which means that there will be a new CKTV Media crew! For those of you that are going to be new to the class, I have a few words of advice for you... First of all, within the two years of being in this class, if there's anything you need to know, it would be to ALWAYS CLEAN UP THE MESS! Also, something else you should know is to pay attention! Lastly, you should be aware of the time.
First of all, you all need to put away the messes you make! Even if you see something that's not yours, you should still put it away, or else Mr. M will not be happy. I suggest you just take my word for it and not learn the hard way… For example, if you leave out a piece of paper, put it away! If you see equipment lying around, I'd just ask the class if anyone is using it before putting it away incase people were to use it. If you see someone's script lying out on the table, don't just leave it there for them to get in trouble! Be a nice person and give it back to them. Second of all, everyday, you should be paying attention to what Mr. M has to say, or whatever the speaker has to say, because people really don't like saying things over and over again. And trust me, we've all learned it the hard way… Sooooo, with that being said, you know not to talk or even make weird faces to your friends while Mr. M or a guest is talking. Otherwise, they will not be pleased with our interruption. Believe me. We've all been there, done that, and don't wanna do it again. Last, but not least, you need to be aware of the time you have, whether it's your deadlines, or just the amount of time you have daily. I say this because a lot of people in our class don't really keep track of their time, and they just progress slowly with their projects, and end up rushing it in the end. You also need to be aware of your time when you're staying after school. If it's 3:30, that means 3:30. If it's only till 3:00, it's only until 3:00. So, with that being said, you should plan it out first, so you know exactly what you're doing and you don't waste time. Same goes for when you're filming. You don't want to waste anyone's time by not being organized. This is basically all I have to say… Clean up the messes, pay attention, and keep track of time! You don't want to learn the hard way that you're not supposed to talk when others are talking, or that you're supposed to pick up after yourself. If you catch yourself in one of these situations, don't make up an excuse to get out of it, because that just makes things worse than it already is. Anyways, I hope my advice helped all of you! Good luck to you all next

Coming up soon is family night for our class. This is like an end-of-the year celebration for us, so this is like our time to show off our best work ever. Everyone will be there, so it will be pretty exciting! I have done a few decent projects this year, but I just don't quite know which one I want to show at family night. I think I would like to show my fourth quarter project for the family night. I have a feeling that this project will turn out to be something good, so I'm hoping that this is our best work yet!
First of all, I want to show my fourth quarter project at family night. My fourth quarter project is a music video for the song Gold by Britt Nicole. The song is basically about anti-bullying and others helping out. I feel that since it is the end of the year, you would want a happy celebration, so the song Gold would be a happy, and upbeat song to hear, which would be perfect for a celebration. Most of my other projects are like, depressing or sad, so I thought that this would be the perfect thing to share with the folks! Second of all, I personally really like this project and I think it will be the best job we've done (Halle and I). So far, it is looking pretty good! I love all the different shots we got, and all the stories that fit into the video! I truly think that this video shows all of what I've learned about how to get creative-ish shots and things like that. I have to say, Halle and I make a great team, because while I've been shooting things, she has been quickly editing the shots that have already been imported! It's a real bummer that we can't have two people present one project, because I'm pretty sure Halle wanted to share this video as well….. In that case, my alternative project would maybe be one of the news stories we've done. Or like, the STN film practice video…. Maybe even the STN Challenge if it's possible… All of those, I think we did a pretty good job on, so I guess that would be my second thing to fall back onto if my first choice doesn't work out. The news stories we did are pretty good stories, and the film practice was my first actual short film, and I thought it was pretty cool, so that would be fun to share with everyone! So, basically, my first project choice for family night is my fourth quarter music video for the song Gold. I think that it will turn out to be a great project! If Halle does end up wanting to do that one too, then I would go to option B, which is the news stories or the film practice video. All of them are good, but the music video is like, a wrap up of everything in media, so I really want to share that video! Hopefully I am able to share that video for family night! Or better yet, if both Halle and I could share it together? :D (hint hint) Haha, I'm kidding, but that would be awesome if we both got to share our final project! I hope everyt As you all know, summer is coming up, which means school will be out and it will be our vacation time! However, I've come to realize that we must not slack off yet! We've still got a good 19 days of school left! I have come to the conclusion that all of us are just anxious for summer to come! Which is probably why we are all getting a little behind on our work nowadays, but to be honest, some of us are still trying hard! I also believe that the teachers are also eager for the summer as well, so they don't like all the work they have to do, which gets them more irritated when a student misbehaves. With that being said, us students should not be putting more trouble towards them so that both sides are equally happy.
First off, I have to admit, that I cannot wait for summer to be here! Yet, my goal is to earn a 4.0 GPA! So, that means that there should be not slacking off, and work should still be done! I have been very tired lately, and I think it's because I just can't wait for summer to be here, so that I could just sleep in, but I still try my best to stay focused because it is coming close to the end of the year, which means it's my last shot at getting a good grade and GPA! What I plan on doing so that I stay on track is to make more eye contact with the teachers and speakers, because that way, I will be able to concentrate more on what they are trying to say. Also, I plan on not engaging in so much outside conversations so that it will be easier for me to pay attention. In order to keep others from slacking off and not paying attention, I will try to get them to not talk or make side conversations while the teacher is talking because it distracts a lot of people… Even if I'm not the one talking, I can still hear whoever is making conversations, so that is kind of distracting to me. If I hear someone talking, I try to motion to them to stop talking, but when I do that, I get in trouble because the teachers think that I am the one talking… So, I just try my best to make very subtle motions. By telling others to pay attention, others will be able to focus better as well! Okay, so another thing I could do to stay away from lack of focus is to maybe avoid placing myself by people that I know I will talk to… This is actually going to be hard for me to do, considering that you know, I like to talk to everyone… But, what I can try doing is maybe try to block out any person that tries to talk to me, because honestly, every single class, there is at least one person that tries to make conversation with me, which makes it hard to pay attention to what the teachers are saying. And I could also surround myself with people that I know will stay on task and focus…. So basically, the main thing is to just avoid talking to others with we are supposed to be concentrating and paying attention. Overall, I know that school is coming to an end and everybody wants to be on vacation, but with 19 days left of school, we still need to focus… The students are tired, the teachers are tired, and I bet even the janitors are tired, but, we all still have to work! Which is why, we all must do our best to stay focused and get our work done, so that we may enjoy summer when it comes. I agree that we should all go from good to great, since it is the last quarter of the year and we need to make our best impression yet. Like I said, this is our last shot to get a good grade until next year, so that means that we can't be lazy and off task just yet! See you next class, where h Over the STN trip, there were lots of great times! I honestly only like to think of the good times we had, rather than the little hard times, so if I were to choose my top three creates times, I would probably say…. (This is harder than I thought since there were so many amazing times)… I would say, just getting to hang out with all of the students from our class was great! I really liked all the amusement parks! I absolutely LOVED the roller coasters!! Also, the basketball game was super exciting! I enjoyed it more than I thought I would! Lastly, I would say that I enjoyed being a part of a proposal, especially at Disney World!! That was pretty exciting! I think the best thing was being able to hang out with everyone, and making new/closer friends! Getting to go to all those amusement parks was really fun, and we all got to hang out together and bond! It was pretty awesome… Everywhere we went, we would all get closer and closer! I really enjoyed the amusement parks…like a LOT! I loved all of the rides! I can't say which one was my favorite ride though, because all of them had equal pros and cons… For example, a con for The Hulk would be that my head kept whacking the shoulder bar! Thats pretty much how it was with all the other roller coasters though… I also liked that one water ride where you would pay 25 cents to shoot a water gun at the log! I don't know the name of that ride, but we went on it so many times! Every time, it was with a different group of people, so that was good! I also LOVED the butter beer! That was really goooooooood. Second of all, I really enjoyed the basketball game! That was my first professional basketball game that I ever went to! There was so much action and noise, I just loved it!! I also got free "Bam Bams" I don't know exactly what they're called… The food over there was pretty good too! I also liked that we got pretty good seats as well! As the game went on, I was able to get a better understanding of what was going on haha, because I was kind of confused at first… I absolutely loved the little shows they put on for us! Like the dancing dads! As well as Stuff's little shows as well! The thing that amused me so much was their jumbo screen, because it was…well, JUMBO! I thought it was so cool how we ended up on the jumbo screen quite a few times!! In the end, Orlando Magic lost, but it was still a great experience! Last, but not least, I enjoyed being a part of a proposal! I have never been in one before, so I thought it was really cool how they did this! At first, I didn't know what in the world was going on, but then when we did the real thing, I saw the sign that said "Will You Marry Me?" and I was like, "Woah!!!" I thought that was a super cool way of proposing, especially since it was at Disney World! How awesome is that?? To be honest, I almost cried… I don't know why, but I was very emotional haha…. I always thought it would be cool to see a proposal happen in Disney World, and well, it just happened! That was really something… STN 2014 was the best STN trip! I think it was mostly because this year, everyone hung out with each other, and there weren't any separate groups of kids that only hung out with certain people… We all hung out with each other, and I thought that that was really cool, and it brought us all closer together. I wouldn't mind doing all of that again! It was really great! I think that no matter how many bad times we've had, the good times always out rule them! For the Orlando Magic basketball game being my first ever pro basketball game, I had a ton of fun! I would enjoy going to another one! There were a lot of great times at STN, and I would love to share them all with you one day! STN is the one thing I look forward to during the school year! I also truly believe that even if we had hardships, we'd always make the best of the worst times! This is it for my blog tonight, but until next time, this has been Brooke Kanna During the STN trip, there were many great times, but there were also times where we ran into problems ad learned from our mistakes. We've all gotten something out of this trip, and for me, it was probably learning to stand up for others. You can really make a difference if you stand up for what is right, so that's what I did. I've also learned to just be happy, and live life to the fullest, because you only live once, so you should use the time you have and make the most out of it. I've also learned to just do your best, so that at least you know you tried.
First of all, over the trip, there were quite a bit of incidents, as in drama between some people, and others got hurt... So, what some of us did was stand up for what was right. We all learned that it's better to stand up for someone than to just let it go like nothing happend... Even if you may not like that person as much, you should still do what's right, because it can make a big difference... Also, don't be a bully. If someone's annoying you, just turn the other cheek and ask them nicely to stop... There's no need for violence or harsh words.... It may seem very tempting to some of you at first, but in the end, you'll realize that staying out of violence was the right thing to do. Second of all, you all know the term "YOLO".... Well, take that literally....you only get to live your life once, so use your time well! When we're in Florida, you don't just be lazy and lie around all day! Try to make the most of your time by having as much fun as you can! Besides, I learned that if you don't do much with your time, then you're basically missing out on all the fun! I know we were always busy, but we were always given a choice whether or not we wanted to join in or not. I always wanted to join in, because I knew that I probably wouldn't be able to do it again some time soon. I realized that if you actually participate and get involved with everything, you really have a lot of fun! Lastly, I learned to do your best and try your hardest no matter what. There may be some times where you just feel like giving up on things, but what you should do is just keep going; push yourself to the end. You never know where it might lead. We felt this kind of drag during our Movie Trailer competition, and I knew that we were all tired and everything, but we really needed to push harder to reach our goal. I think that if you just sit around and not even care, then it only makes things turn out worse. If you try your best and strive through, you'll feel at least a little bit good about what you did. I think overall the things i've learned, the top three things that were the most valuable lessons were probably standing up for others, living life to the fullest, and trying your best. Honestly, if none of us took the stand and stood up for what was right, we wouldn't have gotten ahead with anything, and there would just be so much drama. So that was a HUGE lesson for all of us. Also, I believe that if I hadn't gotten so engaged with everything, I wouldn't have so much fun on the trip! This trip was seriously the best trip that I've been on. We've all learned so much, and it's brought us all closer to each other…. I'm sad to say that I'm most likely not going to STN next year because Kauai High is said to be going every other year… Maybe things might change, but you never know! STN this year was the BOMB. So last week we had our Sweet Sixteen practice! Overall, I think we did a pretty good job, especially considering that it was my first time on the film team, and that goes for everyone else. Honestly, I think we have an awesome team! We all work well together, and have lots of fun! We do need to improve on some things as well, including, our shots and we could also improve on staying on task, so we can get the job done quicker and better.
So, first of all, I think that we did a decent job on our first short film. It kind of wasn't the best story, but it was good for the first try. Hopefully, we will know to do better in the real deal. I think we did good because we all got along most of the times, and yes there were some arguments and blue times, but it all worked out in the end, and we are all still friends! As far as the story goes, I think we did an okay job, just because I think that if someone were to watch it that wasn't from our class, they wouldn't have laughed as much, or made many positive comments…only because we all know each other in the class, so that's why we think things funnier. We did a good job on our title though, I must say. (Well, Brandon did)… I think that if we didn't get along so well, we wouldn't have done the what we did. So we all had a good time, and that, to me, is what's most important. Second of all, there were some things we could improve. Things that include teamwork. When I say teamwork, I mean working as a team to get it done. A few people didn't have jobs most of the time. To be honest, I think that Brandon sorta did most of the work, because he basically edited most of it, and filmed most of it. Then, Micah filmed parts of it after the first half of the film. os, something we need to work on is letting everyone have apart in this film, and not just give all the jobs to one person. We also need to work on our sequencing from one shot to the other, as well as making sure we don't have too long of shots and profile shots, because that sort of dropped the audiences attention at some point. So, we definitely need to make sure that gets fixed. Lastly, I could sort of help with our issues by maybe being the spotter, and make sure that everything is going well, like a double check. Maybe I could help remind people that we all need to be doing something, and we can't get distracted and run away from the group, just because they don't want to film anymore. We spent like more than five minutes looking for one of our group members because they went somewhere where we couldn't find them, and we needed that person to be with us and help out. Also, we could all work on an interesting strategies or effects and stuff like that, that will help us out in the contest. It could be anything, like I could even just try to explore all the buttons in Final Cut Pro. I think both Sweet Sixteen teams did an overall good job on our first tries. With just a little push, both teams can do a great job in the real competition, which is coming up in nine days! I am so excited to go to Florida and meet our pen pals! Good luck to you all! I heard that it will be even more difficult this year, so lets all do our best, and not just 'try', but actually DO! Hope you all had a fabulous day, and we'll see you back here on Brooke's blog next week! So, as you all know, we have had four STN Practices so far! This was our last STN Practice before STN! I have to say, this was no doubt our best job we've ever done! The audience loved it, and so did Mr. M! It was a comedy about the Worst Vacation Ever. We definitely improved on making the trailer look like a real trailer! Also, we got along well, and we had loads of fun doing it, which I think, is what's most important, other wise, why do this if you don't want to? Lastly, we had a good story, as well as good shots, but there are still a few minor issues that we can fix.
First of all, we have improved on one major issue, which was making the movie trailer look like an actual movie trailer! Although, we kind of just took a couple looks at the iMovie app, and then I just kind of knew what to do after that, so that was good. Our movie title was "The Worst Vacation Ever". We all just so happened to bring props and knick-knacks that fit that background! I also brought make up, and we definitely used that in the scenes! I think it was just the perfect title for where we were at, which was the Hyatt. The fact that this was actually like a movie trailer, totally bumped up our score. Before this, we hadn't done such great job in making this a "movie trailer". Also, we were successful because we all got along well, as we always do. I think that sees a bunch of time when everyone gets along well, because if you are always fighting, then you won't get anything done! So, this is a great team to work with. Since we all got along well, we had a lot of fun making this trailer, because it was just a perfect comedy! We sure ad a lot of laughs and smiles during them king of this production! We didn't have too many distractions, which caused us to complete the project nearly and hour before turn-in! So, we took the time to make some revisions and improvements. I just hope everything goes the same, or even better during the real competition! Last, but not least, we had a good story, and as well as some interesting shots, such as the "selfie" shot. There war a few minor things we need to work on though. One of them is to make the acting a little better, by actually making our actions believable. Like for instance, if someone were to fall, we would need to make it look like it was really bad in order for it to seem like the worst vacation ever. Other than that, we need to make the titles more interesting and fun, so that it is eye-catching. I will have to learn how to do that sometime… Overall, I think we did a pretty good job compared to all the other practices we had… I feel pretty good about this last practice. I'm glad that we did what we did because it left me confident for the STN convention! We just need to stick to the plan, and that way, we will do good during the real deal… We are competing against way more people this year, so it's going to be harder to place! With that being said, we must work extra hard to get the job done, and get it done with excellence! I am so excited to go to Florida! hopefully, we don't get all stressed out in the competition, and just have fun while we're doing it! STN is not far from this point Well, let's see…there were a lot of difficult decisions I had to make in my life, and of course not all of them were easy. I really don't know which one was the most challenging, which makes this really challenging! Oo, you know what, I have just thought of one! So, my decision, not necessarily the most challenging, is whether or not I wanted to be in this media class or not. There were pros and cons to this idea. Both even out… So, I had a difficult time choosing what I wanted to do.
First of all, after the first year of media was over, I was kind of debating on going into the leadership class or the media class. They are both really good classes, and I just didn't know which way to go. I was trying out for leadership, and then Mr. M walks into the room and starts telling me, in a joking way, that I should stay in media, and that media is a good class for me, etc. So, I was like, "Oh my gosh, what am I gonna do?" You know? So I started to ask a whole bunch of people how the leadership class is, and they said it is a really hard class, like people hardly ever get A's. And knowing me, I put myself down hard if I get a B in just ONE of my classes, like I'll go crazy! But, you know, I'm a hard worker, so I figured I might be good in that class. I gathered more information on both sides and started processing everything through... This was a difficult decision for me because I was kind of iffy about the situation. The reason I joined media was because I really had fun in the X-Block. But, when it came to the real seal, it kind of turned into more of a work-all-day kind of thing, and that's kinda not how I roll. I like to have lots of active activities, and have fun with my friends and everything! But, this class took up a lot of my time, and so I barely had time to do anything else. But, on the bright side, most of my really good friends were in that class, so I knew I wouldn't be totally out of luck, which is partially why I wanted to go back, as well as because I made so many good friends in the previous year. The downside was that I didn't like all the stress being put on me, including the deadlines and all the standards we had to meet in order to get a good grade for the class. It was all too much for me, but on the other hand, I did have fun during the STN trip, and being able to make my own music videos along with meeting new people! So, this was a great learning experience and I enjoyed it! Now, you can see why I had such a difficult time deciding. In the end, I ended up going into the media class. This, I guess you could say was a good decision for me to make, because it has helped me achieve many things, such as, being able to type really fast without looking most the times. I've also become more confident and social because I've learned to work better with others I may or may not have known. I have also made a lot of good friends through this class, so that was really good for me, because I like having a bunch of friends! i've also learned a lot about filming and all that, and it made me realize that I really love to be creative and film my own projects! So, that's where I started to get the idea of being in the film industry when I grow up! So, that's one way this has made an impact in my life! I guess it also makes me better at my mental math, because as you all know, I am not the greatest at it…but when I work the money job for Snack Shop, I always have to think quickly for the amount of change someone needs, and how much things cost! Overall, I think that this has been a good decision, and I'm pretty sure it will look good on my resume when I'm applying for some film job application or something. Who knows where this might take me in life! This decision has made so many changes in my life that I can't imagine what my life would be like if I hadn't met so many new people, or competed in the STN, or filmed my first news story and PSA etc. This was a difficult decision to make, and I really hope I do not have to encounter any more. So, I am glad with the decision I chose to make because it has affected my life in a positive way, which makes me…..very… HAPPY XD. Recently, I watched a movie called Something Borrowed. I loved it!!! I love the characters, the story, and the humor! As I mentioned before, I love love stories! This one, well, it's a love story! It was kind of predictable, but most of the scenes you kind of just followed along. I don't really know what I'm trying to get at, but this movie was really good, I even downloaded it on my phone! you can watch this movie on Television, but I want to be able to watch it wherever I go because I might get bored or something. So, moving on to why I really enjoyed watching this movie...
The first thing about this movie is that I am familiar with the actors and actresses in it. This move stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Colin Egglesfield, Kate Hudson, and John Krasinski. the main characters are mostly Rachel, Darcy, and Dex, which are Ginnifer, Kate, and Colin. I think they found the right people to play these characters. I don't think they could've found anyone better. well, except maybe colin could've been a better cryer. I actually laughed when he cried because his face... oh my gosh, his face was hilarious! I can't find a picture of it, so you'll just have to watch it sometime! Other than that, the casting choices were great! Everybody made the story believable for me! Second of all, this movie was the bomb because the story was really good. I mean, sure, it was a little predictable, but I thought it was so cute! The story was about these two best friends who are in love with the same guy. The more outgoing one ends up getting engaged to the guy while the guy, Dex, does't know whiter or not he loves Darcy or Rachel. Darcy, Dex's fiancé, doesn't know that Dex and Rachel have a thing, so she plans this whole wedding and thinks she can trust Rachel, when Rachel is really going behind her back having an affair with Dex. Rachel and Dex try to hide the fact that they have a thing. You really just have to watch the whole movie to be able to get what I'm talking about. But, the story is cute. I just thought that Dex shouldn't have ended up with either of them because both Rachel and Darcy aren't very good people, because of what they were doing. Overall, if you like love stories, then you should really watch this movie. Lastly, another thing I like about this movie was that it was a romance comedy. it was dramatic, romantic, and humorous. There were quite a few humorous parts in this movie, which made the film even more interesting to watch. One of my favorite parts in the movie is when they are playing Bat mitten, however you spell it. The game with the racquets that are like tennis racquets and then you hit this birdie instead of a tennis ball…. Anyways, so Rachel, Darcy and Dex are playing that game, along with Ethan, Rachel and Darcy's friend. Whoever wins the match gets to tell a secret that the opponent told them. So when Ethan scored a point, he was on Rachel's side. Ethan was gonna share a secret that would ruin Dex and Darcy's relationship, but Rachel didn't want that so she whacked Ethan in the face with her racquet before he could say anything. It was hilarious! I have actually watched this movie about three times in the past month haha. I never get tired of it. Although, it does have a little bit of swear words in it, but it's rated PG- 13 so, yeah, I'm qualified ;) Anyways, if you get permission from your parents, I would totally recommend this movie. It is funny, cute, and romantic. My kind of movie. I think if the actors were different, the movie wouldn't have been that good. There are some parts that I felt the actors really had to be confident to do, because they look silly doing it. So, this movie on a scale of one to ten, I would give it at least a 9. Only because Dex's crying kind of threw me off. They are making a second movie which is called Something Blue! i can't wait to A while ago, we had STN Practice! This was our first practice of the year! Since I was in in a category similar to this one, meaning, you have the same idea where you need to be creative and all, I kind of knew what to expect. Although, I was a little late to practice, so I wasn't there when they thought of the idea. Our topic was The Champ, so that's what our title of the movie had to be. I did take a long time to find my group when I got there because from where I was looking, they were out of sight. There were some things I learned about myself, my group and the movie trailer category.
First off, what I learned about myself is that I am now an actress for our group, as well as one of the editors. When I got there, I had no idea what was going on, so I guess they assigned me as an editor and actress. I found out that I am a good planner. By that, I mean that I am good at planning out how things are going to work, be shot, who's who, etc. See, when I found my group, I asked them some questions about what the story was about. They said it was about a guy who wins the boxing match. That's quite bland. I told them that they should've took some time to figure out everything before going out to film. So, I stood in the outdoor court and gave them all kinds of ideas, and we brainstormed. Finally, we had the whole thing planned out. I also found out that I am a good shot composer. Mr. M commented on the some shots in the film that he liked, which were mines - I decided we needed some different angles, so I showed our filmed what I meant. So, I was pretty stoked! There were some things that I learned about my team. First of all, there are six people on our team in total. There's me, Micah, Alaysia, Taylynn, Ysabel, and Ben Murray. So, Micah and I are the only returnees. To be honest, I don't know where my team would've gone with this whole thing if I showed up later. They didn't have anything set up, except for the idea of a boxer winning a match. It was almost as if I were the director of our group, which is not a bad thing, considering I am the oldest one. But, I felt like my team learned a lot from this past practice. Next time, I now to sit with my whole group and plan the whole thing out before rushing out to film. There was maybe one person that didn't really have much to do though, most of the time. So, it is kind of difficult to have such big crew. We all get along pretty well though, I mean, when I was there, they listened to me at least, so that was good. Nobody fought about anything. There were a few complaints about people not wanting to redo the scene again because "it was too hot". Other than that, it was pretty good. Lastly… Our category. I actually really like this category, I mean, it's pretty fun. I like the idea of being able to create your own story, but based on a topic. I just love using my imagination to create a movie trailer that wold be interesting to others. But, you can't get too caught up in making the story because you're goal is to leave suspicion in the crowd so that they want to watch it. I remember making a movie trailer in X-Block, and I gave away too much of the story… Now I know that I can't do that, and even more os, we are working with people from all around the country in STN, so we really need to make it good. So, we've got six hours total to make our whole trailer. Three hours fro filming and coming up with an idea, and three hours for editing. This is I believe a one minute video, so it shouldn't take too long to edit, which gives us time to make revisions (hopefully). I really did enjoy this category! STN will come up sooner than we realize, so my team and I need to step it up and work our butts off at practice, and at STN! This previous practice was pretty good/okay for our first try. Next practice, we will improve on coming up with our idea FIRST, and then going out to film. We need to make sure that we have enough b-roll, otherwise, we can't go back out and shoot once we're in the editing room!!! I hope that everyone continues to get along with each other all the way through STN! Every practice we have, we are just getting closer and closer to the REAL COMPETITION!!!!! |
